2025 Egypt Consultation: Navigating the Legacy of Nicaea
Community, Conduct, and Creed
In November 2025 we met at the Logos Papal Center of the Coptic Church at Wadi El Natrun in the Egyptian desert. In the year celebrating the 1700th anniversary of the Council of Nicaea we reflected on that council, and how it was shaped by communities, their conduct together and then developed into creed. We gathered from North America, Europe, several African nations, and India.
